Lucy Mecklenburgh is now nine months pregnant, and she's trying absolutely everything possible to try to encourage her labour.
The former TOWIE star is expecting her first baby with fiancé Ryan Thomas , who starred in Coronation Street .
After a false alarm last week, Lucy, 28, is back home and looking up all the ways to induce her son.
She's taking her mum's dog for a walk, drinking herbal tea, eating pineapples and dates, and using sage essential oil.
"Worth a try!" she wrote on Instagram alongside a series of pictures of her unusual snacks and trip with the pup, Bow.
Her boredom was also evident as she went through all her cupboards in the kitchen and threw out all her old teabags, marvelling at how out of date they were.
Being overdue is probably extra annoying for Lucy given that her best friend Lydia Bright, who she was pregnant with at the exact same time, has now given bith.
The former TOWIE star, 30, welcomed her tiny daughter weeks after excitedly packing her hospital bags, alongside Lucy.
Lydia is set to co-parent her baby - who she nicknamed Dinky throughout her pregnancy - with ex-boyfriend Lee Cronin, after their split last year.
Lucy and Ryan got engaged in June of last year during a romantic getaway to Italy, and two months later Lucy announced they were expecting their first child together.
They have already debuted the adorable animal-themed nursery on Instagram.
Lucy has opted for toned down shades of grey for the interior, alongside several simple decorations.
Alongside a weaved baby changing basket, several animal figurines feature in the background as well as books and cute baby-focused home decor.
The former TOWIE star has also opted for animal drawer knobs and safari-themed boxes which has added a cute touch to the finishings.
The space also boasts a luxurious-looking fluffy carpet and white feather hanging in the centre of the room.
