Lucy-Jo Hudson thinks ex Alan Halsall regrets calling her a lying cheat in Insta war

Lucy-Jo Hudson said her ex Alan Halsall regretted his scathing Instagram comment.

The actress, 36, concluded her former flame had a change of heart after he quickly deleted the comment from view.

Alan appeared to lash at at Lucy-Jo's boyfriend Lewis Devine for calling Sienna-Rae his own daughter.

The actor also branded his ex a "lying cheating one" in the venomous comment as he said Lewis was welcome to have Lucy-Jo.

In a now-deleted comment, he said: “You’re welcome to keep the lying cheating one & call her your own! But not my daughter.”

Lucy-Jo opened up on the Instagram war which unfolded shortly after she had given birth to Lewis' baby Carter.

She told OK! magazine : "I had literally just given birth to Carter when he posted that so I didn’t see it and my head was elsewhere. He quickly deleted it so he must have regretted it."

However, the mum-of-two said she decided not to drudge it back up with her ex because she has been focusing on her newborn son Carter.

She admitted the comment "didn't get our attention".

"I didn’t bother bringing it up with him. Lew and I were both too focused on Carter so it just didn’t get our attention."

All the drama ensued after Lewis had posted a sweet message about Sienna being delighted to become an older sister to Carter.

He wrote: "Our Sienna is delighted and is already making the best big sister, just like I knew she would!”

Co-parenting hasn't been easy for Lucy-Jo and Alan as the couple have different parenting styles.

The exes were wed more than 10 years ago in 2009.

They welcomed their daughter in 2013 and they were married for three further years before deciding to split in 2016.

The exes rekindled the flame of their romance but it came to a final end in 2018.
