The phrase ‘age is nothing but a number’ can well and truly be said for Lucy Hale and Skeet Ulrich as the pair have admitted they’ve fallen hard for each other.
A source revealed to Us Weekly that the two have been dating for little over a month and the 20 year age gap certainly isn’t causing an issue.
The 31-year-old Pretty Little Liars star has been spending “a lot of time together” with the 51-year-old Jericho actor according to the source.
“It’s clear they’re very into each other,” the source said.
While the age gap may have raised a few eyebrows elsewhere, the pair aren’t said to be bothered and have bonded over their similar interests.
The insider added: “They are both kind and have a funny, but dark sense of humour.”
The actors met through “mutual friends in the Archie universe”. Skeet was a star on teen drama series Riverdale for five seasons while Lucy played the lead on spinoff show Katy Keene.
The pair were first romantically linked to each other after being caught kissing in Los Angeles in February.
They were seen to be holding hands across the table before Lucy gave Skeet’s hand a delicate peck.
Just days later the Scream actor posted flirtatiously on one of Lucy’s Instagram posts.
The Virginia native simply put “My goodness!!” on a picture the actress had posted of herself.
Skeet has previously been romantically connected to Megan Blake Irwin before the pair split last year.
He also faced backlash then on social media because of the pair’s age gap which stood at more than 20 years.
He has previously been married twice and has 19-year-old twins, Jakob and Naiia, with his first ex-wife Georgina Cates.
Lucy on the other hand has previously been linked with Colton Underwood. She has also dated David Henrie, Chris Zylka and Ryan Rottman.
