A lucky Monaghan punter scooped more than €6,000 on a €2 stake on the 49s Boylesports Lotto draw on Saturday.
The customer hit big after placing an accumulator on numbers 6, 8, 11 and 24 in the draw at odds of 3,000/1.
Things were looking rosy when numbers 6, 11 and 24 were all among the first six numbers to be drawn.
And they ultimately hit the jackpot when the bonus ball was revealed as number 8, leaving the Monaghan man €6,002 richer.
