Lucky Irish punter scoops €5million Lotto jackpot

A lucky punter has scooped tonight's huge €5million jackpot.

The winning numbers were 13, 27, 32, 36, 38, 39 and the bonus was 4.

And one player managed to match all six main numbers and the bonus to secure the €5,260,021 top prize.

Lotto chiefs have not yet revealed where exactly the winning ticket was sold.

A total of over 66,000 people won money across the country, but there were no jackpot winners in either the Lotto Plus 1 or Lotto Plus 2 draws.

It comes after a player won €500,000 in last Friday's EuroMillions draw.

The National Lottery revealed that winning ticket was sold in Abbeyfeale, Co Limerick.

The golden 'Advanced Play' ticket was bought at Twohig’s SuperValu store in the town.
