Lucky Irish buyer lands huge bargain with 'stunning' restored home for just €6k

A lucky Irish buyer landed a huge bargain as they secured a beautifully restored home for just €6,000.

The prefab that was converted into a one-bed house is based right in the heart of Naas, Co Kildare.

It was put on the market on a local Facebook Buy & Sell page with an asking price of just €6,000.

And despite only being put up for bids on August 31, the property has already been snapped up by a keen buyer.

The 'Prefab House' comes with a kitchen and living area, one bathroom, one bedroom and a stove.

The 30m x 12m property is also fully insulated, with the owner describing the home as "very warm", useful as we approach the colder winter nights.

And although it was already available at a bargain price, the seller said they were "open to reasonable offers".

The home got a very strong reception from locals, with one describing it as a "fab little house", while another said the property was "stunning".
