Lucky Dublin Lotto player scoops half a million in Daily Millions draw

A Dublin Lotto player became half a million richer last night after scooping the Daily Millions Plus top prize.

The online player from the capital scored the €500,000 prize in last night’s (25th April) Daily Millions 9pm draw and became the seventh player of the game to win big this year. So far in 2023, there have been three winners of the €1 million Daily Million top prize and four winners of the €500,000 Daily Million Plus top prize.

The National Lottery confirmed this morning that the winners has made contact and arrangements are being made for them to collect their prize. A spokeswoman from the National Lottery said: “What an incredible stream of wins we’ve had recently in the Daily Millions game.

"So far this year, the game has made three brand new millionaires after players scooped the top prize of €1 Million and seen four players take home the plus top prize worth a handsome half a million euro. We can confirm that last night's winner has made contact and arrangements are currently being made for them to collect their prize.

"The player from Dublin, who wishes to keep their win private, purchased their winning ticket online or on the National Lottery app”.

Daily Million draws take place twice a day, seven days a week at 2pm and 9pm and costs just €1 per play.
