Lucknow: Scuffle over trivial issue at Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Civil hospital

LUCKNOW: Scuffle broke out between staff of the SPM Civil hospital and an ambulance driver who had brought an eight months pregnant woman from Jhalkaribai hospital on Wednesday for an ultrasound test. A probe has been set up by the Civil hospital into the matter. It was reported the driver had an argument with the staff deployed outside the radiologist cabin over the matter of out of turn testing of two women whose number was after the woman he had brought.

This took an ugly turn and a scuffle broke out between the two. Later, seniors pacified them, but the two attendants of the pregnant woman reported the issue to director Dr Anand Ojha who ordered a probe.
