LUCKNOW: A 43-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping a minor on several occasions. The accused, Aijaz Hussain was arrested from Madiaon area.
The complainant alleged that the accused used to harass his daughter and on April 11 he took his daughter to a hotel and gave her a psychotropic substance in a drink and raped her. The accused also threatened the survivor not to report the matter.
On April 21, the accused again threatened the survivor and asked her to meet him near the Kalyanpur area. The accused took the survivor to a hotel and raped her again.
The family came to know about the girl’s ordeal on May 15 when she gathered the courage and told her elder sister about it.
The elder sister informed her parents about the matter and the family complained to the police.
