LUCKNOW: As many as 21,605 persons were administered vaccine against Covid-19 at 58 inoculation centres in the city on Saturday, taking the count of adults who have been inoculated with either one or both doses to 14.96 lakh.
Among those vaccinated, 9,795 (45%) were women. Of the total individuals vaccinated on the day, 25% (5,493) were second dose beneficiaries, while 75% (16,112) took the first shot.
Of all doses, 65% were administered to people between 18-44 years, 24% to persons aged 45-59 and 9% to 60 years and above, while the remaining 2% were given to healthcare workers and frontline workers.
