Lucknow: 19-year-old run over by tractor

LUCKNOW: A teeanger was mowed down by a tractor, while his friend sustained minor injuries in Kakori area on Tuesday.

The deceased, Abhishek Yadav (19), and his friend Sudhir were going to Dubagga, when their bike collided with the tractor.

Abhishek reportedly tried to overtake the tractor, when he lost balance and came under the wheels of the tractor.

Police rushed both of them to a hospital, where doctors declared Abhishek dead. Sudhir is still recuperating at the hospital.

Police seized the tractor and are investigating the matter to ascertain the exact reason behind the accident.
