Lucie Donlan forced to pick up dog poo while glammed up for Animal Hero awards

Love Island star Lucie Donlan had to embrace the dirty side of The Mirror's Animal Hero Awards ceremony.

Dressed in a stunning red outfit, that trailed behind her, Lucie had to put the glam to one side so that she could attend to an 'accident' by her four-legged friend.

Fortunately for Lucie, Belle Hassan - her fellow Islander from the ITV2 show, was on hand to capture the moment on video before sharing it on her Instagram page.

Lucie didn't shirk her task of cleaning up after the dirty dog and with her hand gloved in a black 'poo bag', she is seen bending over to grab the mucky pup's mess off the carpeted floor.

The Cornish surfer is heard groaning in disgust as she grabs a handful of the doggy do.

As Belle chuckles from behind the camera, Lucie berates her pet, telling the dog it's a "stink head."

The dog is clearly pleased with its efforts as its tail wags in satisfaction.

Belle mimics a voice for the hound, telling Lucie: "Clean that s*** b****," as the dog barks in delight.

It gets worse for Lucie as she lobs the bag towards the bin in the corner of the room, only to miss, making her having to bend over and repeat the process again.

Earlier in the evening, Belle almost had a difficult moment of her own, when she , on the red carpet.

The pair have not seen eye-to-eye since Molly was instrumental in Belle being dumped from the villa on the eve of the final, along with Anton Danyluk.

An awkward exchange followed on Love Island Aftersun, with Anton unfollowing Molly-Mae on Instagram and many of the girls from the villa shunning Molly-Mae and her new ventures with Pretty Little Thing fashion label.
