Lucas Moura details what he misses most about Tottenham team-mates and lifts lid on his training

Lucas Moura said that he misses everything about being around his Tottenham Hotspur team-mates and has given an insight into what it is like going through "really hard" online training sessions from home.

The Brazilian said that he has been enjoying the extra time with his family but is itching to get back into action more than a month after the coronavirus pandemic put football on hiatus.

His children have featured prominently in the background of the team's online training sessions, which take place at 11am every morning during the week, and he says them being able to watch their father work hard has been a source of motivation.

Alasdair Gold on who Spurs could sell

Asked what he missed most in an interview with the club's in-house media, the 27-year-old said: "Everything. I miss the football, my team-mates, the training ground. Our routine too at the training ground and have a good with my team-mates."

As for the online fitness sessions, Moura added: "It's working very well for everyone. We see the commitment at everyone at 11 o'clock in the morning.

"We're training very hard to keep fit for the season because we don't know when it will come back. But we need to be ready. It's fun to do it online and it's good for everyone.

"[Having his kids in the room] makes the session easier.

"It's fun to be around my family, my kids. It gives me motivation and it's important for the kids as well to see their father working hard and doing good things."
