LSU coaches Dave Aranda, Joe Brady visit Saints training camp

The New Orleans Saints hosted two notable guests at their July 27 training camp practice, with LSU Tigers defensive coordinator Dave Aranda and passing game coordinator Joe Brady making the drive down from Baton Rouge. Brady was a member of the Saints coaching staff the last two years before accepting the position with LSU, where he’s already turned heads by introducing new elements to a maybe-stale offense.

Other college coaches have visited the Saints recently, with Purdue Boilermakers head coach Jeff Brohm bringing his staff down for a day of minicamp practice earlier this summer. It’s a great opportunity for coaches at both the college and professional level to network and learn from one another, or just catch up with old friends. It seems everyone from Alabama Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban to former Ohio State Buckeyes head coach Urban Meyer has stopped by for a Saints training camp practice at some point.
