Bhuvneshwar made a comeback after initial upsets and claimed the wicket of Deepak Hooda (7), caught and bowled, in the last powerplay delivery.

After that, Rahul and Krunal did not give any chance to SRH to overpower LSG.

Earlier, Krunal scalped the wickets of Mayank Agarwal (8), Anmolpreet Singh (31) and captain Makram (0), dismissing the last two in successive balls in the eighth over.

In the very first ball, Markram went for a drive but the ball hit his off stump.

Ravi Bishnoi then claimed the scalp of Harry Brook, stumped by Nicholas Pooran, for 3.

Tottering at 55/4, SRH could not regain their ground.

Leg-spinner Amit Mishra's brilliant spell of 2/23 restricted SRH to a small total. Mishra was substituted by 'impact player' Ayush Badoni in the penultimate over.

LSG tasted success in the third over when Agarwal tried to hit Marcus Stoinis. Anmolpreet and Makram were out in the eighth over.

Rahul Tripathi (34) remained the lone warrior as he had a 39-run partnership with Washington Sundar (16), before falling prey to Yash Thakur.

Abdul Samad hit two sixes in the last over by Jaydev Unadkat.
