The Lowland League is set to finalise the season on a points per game method with Kelty Hearts to be declared as champions.
The LL board have put forward a proposal to all 17 clubs to call the season and declare the standings on a points per game basis.
The Lowland League are determined to declare a champion in order to put forward a team for the play-offs into League Two.

It was a huge source of anger that the pyramid system was blocked last season and Brechin City preserved their place in the SPFL without facing a play-off against either Kelty Hearts or Brora Rangers.
Barry Ferguson’s Kelty Hearts would be declared champions using the points per game (PPG) method and would face a play-off against the Highland League winners.
It’s understood that the Highland League are also exploring the option to declare a champion on a PPG method despite only three fixtures being played.
Brora Rangers would be named champions and face Kelty in a repeat of last year’s play-off that was cancelled.

Steven McKay’s side claimed a famous win over Hearts in the Scottish Cup on Tuesday night and their victory reinforced the view that ambitious clubs need a pathway into League Two.
As it stands, Brechin City, again, sit bottom of League Two and whoever finishes 10th after 22 games would face the winner of the Lowland League v Highland League play-off.
Kelty faced Brechin City in the League Cup this year and ran out comfortable 2-0 winners courtesy of goals from Dylan Easton and Robbie McNab.
