These are flavoured sparkling waters which are usually low in sugar and calories, perfect for refreshing summer drinks in the garden.

Bud Light Seltzer, £2.00
This product is available in fruit flavours including lemon/lime and passionfruit.
Bud says: "Thanks to natural carbonation and quality ingredients like sparkling water, real cane sugar and natural fruit flavour, these hard fruit drinks are light, bubbly and made to deliver the most refreshing taste possible."
Each serving of Bud Light Seltzer has 100 calories, less than 1 gram of sugar and 2 grams of carbs. These gluten free alcohol drinks have a 5% ABV and are made with no artificial flavours.
Grizzly
A homegrown brand brewed in Dundalk is the first local brand of the popular drink which has become a billion dollar industry in the USA. And the man behind the product is a Co Down native who is determined to hold his own against the big multi-national companies.
Each can is just 100 calories and is stocked in off-licences right across Ireland.
Smirnoff Seltzer, £2.00
Smirnoff Seltzer has a choice of raspberry and rhubarb, or a zesty citrus taste, try orange and grapefruit.
This refreshing drink is 96 calories and 4.7% ABV per can.
Kopparberg Hard Seltzer, £2.00
This alcohol infused sparkling water has a 5% ABV with natural fruit flavours and is gluten and carb free.
It's available in mixed fruit, black cherry and passionfruit, at 93 calories per can.
White Claw Hard Seltzer, £12.00 for 6
This option has natural flavours, a hint of black cherry and is made using no artificial sweeteners.
White Claw says: "Using sparkling water, triple distilled spirit and natural flavours to deliver a surge of pure refreshment like nothing you've ever tasted."
It's also gluten free and 95 calories per can.
