A McDonald's worker's note left for a Dublin mum on a takeaway bag has gone viral.
Caring mum Alisha Gorman, who has two children with autism, was on "the verge of tears" after her kids were making noise while she was trying to order.
But after leaving the drive-thru, she noticed that an employee wrote on her takeaway bag saying "you're doing great sweetie".
Alisha posted on Sunday: "So I brought the kids to Carrickmines today to the drive through in McDonalds and thought it would keep them quite for a while!
"But no they killed each other and the person could barely hear my order!
"I collected the food and there was a message... Still some nice people out there.
"Thank you to whoever wrote on my bag I was on the verge of tears but that really cheered me up."
She added: "Two of my children have autism and some days can be extra hard work so this really made me feel....I'VE GOT THIS."
The Facebook post has received around 6,500 likes in two days.
She told her friends how the simple message got her through the day.
She said: "I was on the verge of tears, they had me that stressed, then I seen that and I couldn't stop laughing. It got me through the rest of the day."
