Chelsea have their biggest test in recent weeks when they take on Manchester City this evening, and Blues fans are delighted with one thing that Frank Lampard has done.
It is only the third time that Lampard has gone for Mateo Kovacic, N'Golo Kante and Jorginho in a midfield three this season.
The other two times came against Liverpool in the Super Cup and the Premier League, both games ended up in defeat.
However, it is a midfield that Blues supporters have been wanting to see more of this season and they will get the chance this evening against Pep Guardiola's team.
What that has meant, though, is that Mason Mount has dropped out of the side, with Christian Pulisic keeping his place in the starting XI on the left wing.
Reece James is also back on the bench with Cesar Azpilicueta moving into the right-back role.
However, it is the decision to play Kovacic, Kante and Jorginho together that has gone down very well with the Blues supporters.
