And now a series of throwback pictures suggests she’s been just as lovely since her childhood.
The brunette beauty, who hails from Gateshead, Newcastle Upon Tyne, has always had a perfect mane of bouncing curls as her throwback pictures reveal.
Amber, whose dad is from Trinidad and Tobago, also has some Chinese and Spanish heritage, explaining her exotic looks and enviable olive skin.
The 21-year-old beauty therapist has shared 17 photos from her childhood on her personal website, giving Love Island fans a glimpse into her family life.
A few of the images show Amber cuddling up to her dad, a strikingly handsome West Indian man, while a others show Amber posing with her blonde-haired, blue-eyed mum.
Amber is seen through the ages, with childhood snaps showing her enjoying swimming, wrapped head to toe in a large fluffy towel, and even brushing her teeth.
In all the images, her trademark light brown curls take centre stage.
Only one photograph shows a slightly older Amber, with her hair hanging straight and long.
Amber and Love Island boyfriend Greg O’Shea were crowned the winners last night, having been together just two weeks.
The show's finale attracted an average audience of 3.63 million - peaking at 4.05 million - making it the most watched episode of the series to date, and the most watched Love Island final ever.
