Love Island voting figures revealed and show Amber & Greg stormed the final

The confetti has now settled on another year of Love Island and the contestants are back at home but we're excited all over again thanks to the publishing of the final voting percentages.

It was on Monday night that Amber & Greg triumphed in the live final, seeing off bookie favourites Tommy & Molly-Mae.

The runners-up were the hot tip weeks prior to the series coming to an end, so Amber & Greg's win came as big shock to everyone.

However, voting percentages released by ITV on Friday afternoon, suggest that Molly-Mae & Tommy were never in the running as Amber & Greg absolutely stormed the final vote.

The percentages for the Love Island final are as follows:

1st Place  Greg and Amber - 48.82%

2nd Place  Tommy and Molly-Mae - 25.56%

3rd Place  Ovie and India - 18.21%

4th Place  Curtis and Maura - 7.4%

Reaction to Amber winning

If you've got Love Island withdrawals, never fear as the Love Island Reunion will air on Sunday, which just so happens to be Amber's 22nd birthday.

And of course we can all look forward to the fact that there will be two series next year!
