Love Island viewers not convinced by bombshell Tom's claims

Love Island viewers don't believe the new arrival, Tom, is 6ft 5in in height.

The first bombshell of the series came in strong as he instantly got off to a roaring start with all of the girls. During Tuesday's episode he had some one to one chats with each of the girls, to decide which one he fancied most.

Sharing details about himself, Tom landed positively on everyone's radar but one key fact left viewers scratching their heads as they weren't convinced he was being totally truthful.

As he walked with the girls they admired his height before he revealed he comes in at a whopping 6ft 5.

Viewers instantly picked up on the detail but declared he was stretching the truth in order to big himself up. One viewer said: "This man is not 6'5"" Another added: "NO WAY TOM IS 6'5 THAT'S A LIE."

Whilst a third said: "He looks way shorter on TV though lmao I dunno bout all this 6’5 stuff." A fourth added: "He looks 5’10 what does he mean he’s 6’5???"

A final unconvinced fan said: "Tom gives me short boy energy. I refuse to believe he’s 6’5." Whether or not Tom was truthful about his height didn't matter much as all of the girls made sure to spend time with him before the first recoupling.
