Love Island viewers have reacted following an emotional talk between Faye Winter and Teddy Soares in Sunday night’s episode.
Friday night’s instalment saw the pair come to blows after the movie night challenge showed a video of Teddy admitting to the boys that he was sexually attracted to Clarisse Juliette during his time in Casa Amor.
Faye launched into an expletive-filled tirade at Teddy and the pair came to a major disagreement over the situation, ending in Faye saying that she and Teddy were “done”.
On Sunday night, Teddy pulled Faye for a chat on the villa terrace about the situation.
He had earlier told the boys that he did not feel Faye was "ready for the relationship", while Faye told the Beach Hut that Teddy was blaming "her reaction" to what happened.
As they went into the discussion, Teddy made clear that he "didn't want to fight", while Faye asked for the "truth" from him after saying it was a "lie" after he returned to Casa Amor.

Faye explained that she had thought she had found what she was looking for, saying Teddy was being "unfair" for not understanding things.
She explained: “I don’t trust people until they prove to me I can trust them. I’ve said that from day one and so far there’s a lot of reasons not to trust you. But you’re telling me to still trust you.”
Teddy replies: “So what am I supposed to do? Just let you go? In your eyes, I’ve made a mistake, I get it.
“But to just be like ‘I’m done’, is what I’m struggling with. I can’t swallow the pill, it doesn’t make sense to me.”
In response to Teddy’s words, Faye says: “I’d rather be done, than hurt.”

Teddy then questions her: “So you think I’m genuinely going to hurt you?”
Faye answers: “Teddy, you already have."
Teddy then goes on to ask Faye: “What do you want?”
Faye then stated that she wanted to continue her Love Island journey "on her own", with Teddy later saying: "On my own it is."
Naturally, viewers at home had quite a few thoughts regarding the pair’s discussion.
One person penned on social media: "My f***ing HEART. I AM FILLED WITH RAGE #LoveIsland ".

A different fan of the show tweeted: "Teddys being unfair? Wasnt you the one lastnight that wouldnt even let the guy speak cause you was shouting ur mouth off #LoveIsland ".
Meanwhile, another Love Island viewer commented: "Can someone please remind Faye that she DIDNT tell Teddy about the whole "I don't find him funny idk if I like him" thing? How has that been forgotten? #LoveIsland ".
Elsewhere, one fan of the couple noted: "Teddy is too good for this world and does not deserve this #teamteddy #loveIsland ".
Finally, one fan of the show concluded: " i hope the producers are checking up on teddy. #LoveIsland ".
The discussion comes after an intense social media backlash to the show for airing the scenes and concern being shown for both Teddy and Faye’s well-being.

In response to the complaints, a spokesperson for ITV told The Mirror: “Welfare and duty of care towards our contributors is always our primary concern, and we take the emotional well-being of all the Islanders extremely seriously.
"We have dedicated welfare producers and psychological support on hand at all times who monitor and regularly speak to all of the Islanders in private and off camera, especially if someone appears to be upset.
"All the Islanders are therefore fully supported by the professionals on site and by their friends in the villa. Islanders can always reach out and talk to someone if they feel the need."
*Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub, with previous episodes available on ITV Hub and added to BritBox the following morning.
