Love Island fans were worried about Mike Boateng after Leanne Amaning gave him a painful looking massage during their date on Monday's episode of the romance show.
The couple went on their first date that saw them oil each other up in a relaxing spa setting but viewers quickly noticed that Leanne's massage technique was not soft and seductive.
One viewer commented: "I thought this was a date, not a murder! Leanne's attacking Mike with this massage #LoveIsland ."
Others asked: "Nah, was Leanne trying to give Mike a massage or was she trying to dislocate his spinal discs? Where is the romance pls" and "Wtf is Leanne doing? Jesus Christ! That massage looks painful AF!"
Some noted on the social media: "Leanne that massage was terrible" and "It’s hurting me to watch Leanne doing this massage."
Other worried fans added: "Jesus Leanne, That massage looked about as relaxing as getting run over by an ambulance" and "Oh my god Leanne is killing me with this massage! Poor Mike."
During their hands on afternoon talk turned to how things are going for the pair.
Mike admitted: “For me, getting to know someone, I’m always thinking possibly long-term. Eventually I’m going to think, is it going to go somewhere?”
Leanne said: “I've probably got to start thinking more long-term. You are very kind, understanding… I feel like I see potential.”
When they returned to the villa, the Islanders wanted to know all of the details and whether love could truly be on the cards for this pair and Mike told in the beach hut that Leanne's massage reminded him of wrestling moves.
