Love Island USA opens casting for 'hot singles' as third series moves to Hawaii

Producers of Love Island USA have issued a casting call for the next series of the hit reality TV dating show.

CBS' reality dating hit, is officially returning for Season 3.

After stints in both Fiji and Las Vegas, the Love Island crew are headed to Hawaii for the upcoming series.

Producers took to Twitter on Thursday to announce the exciting news that they are now on the hunt for the hottest singles in America.

"The ultimate dating show is currently casting and looking for a new bath of single guys and girls to take part,” the announcement read.

"Our islanders will take up residence in a spectacular villa in the hope of finding love."

Earlier this week, fans went into meltdown when it was confirmed the hugely successful dating show would return despite fears amid the pandemic.

"I GOT A TEXT…Love Island is BACK for Season 3 and this time we're saying aloha to Hawaii," the official USA Instagram page announced.

The move to Hawaii comes after Love Island USA took the show back to the states last season.

Couples were kept in a bubble at a hotel in Las Vegas while filming during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Love Island USA first premiered on CBS as an American spin-off of the UK version.

The reality series is hosted by Arielle Vandenberg and narrated by Matthew Hoffman.

Last season, the final four couples came down to Justine and Caleb, Calvin and Moira, Carrington and Laurel, and Cely and Johnny.

Justine and Caleb took home the $100,000 grand prize, but it wasn't a lasting love as the pair announced their split last month.
