Love Island stars warned 'don't believe your own bulls**t' or face working in Primark

The Love Island cast are being inundated with work, with offers of modelling jobs and #spon posts piling up.

But one reality TV star has lead the way in how to turn fleeting fame into mega success — enter Caprice Bourret.

Speaking exclusively to Mirror Online, the model turned mogul, 47, has offered her advice to his year's Islanders, warning them not to "believe your own bulls**t".

Caprice, who runs lingerie business By Caprice and interiors firm By Caprice Home, said reality stars who don't put in the graft risk returning to their old jobs at Primark.

She told us: "Don't believe your own bulls**t because it doesn't last forever.

"You've got to make a business out of the unbelievable opportunity you've been given, don't take it for granted. Do something with it because you only have the power at the top."

By Caprice Home is now in Next and Dunhelm stores across the UK, and Caprice credits her success to not letting her fame go to her head.

She continued: "The reality stars are bigger than life, massive stars and two years later it's all gone.

"You have to look at it as a business and one thing I am is an entrepreneur, so I just stayed at work and I turned my name at the top of my fame into a business and I created a really successful business."

Caprice has starred in several reality shows so she's knows what she's talking about.

After stints in Splash!, The Jump and Celebrity Big Brother , she'll appear in the upcoming series of Celebs on the Farm on 5STAR.

She said: "It's really hard physical work and long, long hours. [The farmers] had no mercy on us.

"If that's really what they do all long I have a newfound respect for them because that is hard work. I'll stick to my city life for sure.

"I literally smelt like s**t 24/7, trust me. There was no holding back with this show."
