Love Island star Gabby Allen took to Instagram today to proudly show off her surgery scars in a near naked photo.
Scouser Gabby, 28, is currently enjoying a trip to Ibiza and took to social media to share a topless photo of her on a boat looking out onto the water.
Gabby's bum was barely covered by her string bikini and she captioned the shot: "Get ya scars out for the fiiiishhhh."
And it's safe to say fans loved the snap.

When she was a child Gabby suffered from scoliosis and underwent serious surgery to break her ribs, deflate her lungs and fuse vertebrae in order to fix the severe curvature of her spine - leaving her with an 18-inch scar.
But Gabby hasn't shied away from sharing photos of her scar and has previously shared a photo of her back to encourage people to sign a petition for scoliosis screening to be compulsory in schools.
Explaining her injury before she headed into the Love Island villa, Gabby said: "The top of my spine was curving so much it had caused the bottom to do so too, resulting in a big 'S' shape.
"Therefore, my shoulders, hips and ribs were all being pushed out of line...
"I would've ended up like Quasimodo!"
