Dumped Love Island bombshell Antigoni Buxton has claimed that Adam Collard sent her flirty messages on social media before making his shock return to the villa.

The 26-year-old musician was booted out before the personal trainer, also 26, entered the villa, so their paths never crossed on the ITV2 show.

She has now alleged that he took a liking to her after spotting her on a friend’s Instagram.

Recalling the incident to OK! the daughter of celebrity chef Tonia Buxton said: “There was a photo of me on my friend’s Instagram the other day. And he replied to it calling me fit and then followed me!”

Adam Collard previously appeared during the 2018 series (ITV)

Collard - who also appeared in the 2018 series - instantly set his sights on Paige Thorne despite her being coupled up with Jacques O’Neill.

After O’Neill made a dramatic exit from the show, Collard picked Thorne to couple up with.

Giving her thoughts on the situation, Buxton told the publication: “Paige will entertain Adam because she’s such a flirt.”

She also offered an opinion on the status of Gemma Owen and Luca Bish’s relationship, adding: “And Luca likes Gemma more than she likes him – he’s literally obsessed with her!”

Antigoni Buxton also weighed in on the current couples calling Luca Bish (pictured) ‘obsessed’ (ITV)

Her remarks come after Bish received a backlash from viewers over his attitude towards his 19-year-old partner after he saw clips of her supposedly “flirting” with Casa Amor bombshell Billy Brown during Movie Night on Sunday’s episode.

The fishmonger was seen getting visibly annoyed at the footage and later berated Owen about it.

This didn’t sit well with viewers, or even his own family, who took to social media after the scenes had aired to issue an apology.

They wrote: “We, as his family, don’t condone his behaviour last night, but we do understand he is in an intense environment where his emotions are heightened.

“Last night was not reflective of the boy we all know and love at home.”
