Love Island star Amy Hart accuses Lucie Donlan of ‘stealing her thunder’

Love Island 2019 star Amy Hart caused a rumpus in the villa on last night's show by accusing Lucie Donlan of stealing her thunder.

Flight attendant Amy, 26, was on cloud night after her night in the Hideaway with partner Curtis Pritchard.

The pair decided to take their relationship to the next level by going exclusive and Amy was thrilled.

However, her joy didn't last long as just hours later Lucie followed suit by going official with Joe.

The surfer went out on a date with her man, taking him paddlboarding.

During their romantic day out they discussed the state of their relationship and decided to go excluisve.

Lucie couldn't wait to tell the rest of the villa her good news, but Amy was less than impressed.

During a trip to the Beach Hut, Amy said: "It's a bit of a coincidence that on the night me and Curtis announce we are exclusive that someone else does as well.

"I feel like Joe and Lucie stole our thunder a bit.

"I just think, what about tomorrow? Why not make it special instead of just thinking, 'oh they've done, why don't we do it'.

"It's like keeping up with the Joneses."

Viewers agreed with Amy and they flocked to Twitter to slam Lucie for appearing to play "catch-up".

One wrote: "I feel like Lucie is playing the game!

"The minute Curtis & Amy become exclusive, she announces that her and Joe are exclusive."

Another added: "Lucie and Joe are 10000% playing a game, they are going to cause drama and keep themselves relevant in the hope they can walk away with the money."

*Love Island airs tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2
