Tonight's episode of Love Island sees Shaughna Phillips and Callum Jones go on their first date.
The pair have had their ups and downs since entering the villa but now things appear to be running much more smoothly in tonight's instalment.
Callum and Shaughna head down to a secluded beach for some quality time together to relax and air out any issues they have had so far as a couple.
Luckily for roguish Callum, feisty Shaughna is very impressed with how things go on their romantic getaway.
"This is my best first date – for sure," says a rather pleased Shaughna.
They also address that their budding romance hasn't gone down perfectly but they are making great progress.
Callum admits: "The hiccups have happened early on. The more time goes on, the easier and better it is [between us]."
The hunk from Manchester is also full of praise for the London girl.
He says: "I’m enjoying it at the minute. You are funny. You’re easy going, you’re easy to talk to, it’s just easy. You’re pretty as well, how can I forget? This might be the first of many dates…"
The conversation develops further between the couple as the date goes on and they discuss an even more important milestone: meeting their families.
The Mancunian tells Shaughna: "You’ll get to meet them one day hopefully."
Perhaps things are going to work out for them after all.
Two contestants won't be safe tonight, however, as . Eeek.
Love Island airs tonight on ITV2 at 9pm.
