Love Island spoilers: Molly-Mae makes a play for new boy Danny – and the girls aren't impressed

Molly-Mae’s fellow Love Island contestants are less than impressed to learn that she has set her sights on new boy Danny.

The 21-year-old model chooses to go on dates with Yewande and Amber in tonight’s episode and gets on well with both girls.

Yewande is especially pleased with how her date went, confessing: “I’m happy that Danny is in the villa. He’s great company and I’m just really enjoying getting to know him. I’m really happy.”

When Danny enters the villa, though, he immediately catches the eye of Molly-Mae, who is currently coupled up with Tommy Fury and has also been chatting to Anton.

Date: Yewande gets to know the new islander (ITV)

Making a beeline for the newest islander, she tells him that she is “really looking forward” to chatting with him “because I feel like we’re going to get on.”

“I feel like me and you have got quite a lot in common,” he replies. “I’ve just got that vibe. I think you seem really down-to-earth.”

Type on paper: Molly-Mae admits her head has been turned by Danny (ITV)

Molly-Mae goes on to discuss her reservations about her budding relationship with Tommy, telling Danny that although she is “very attracted” to the “gorgeous” boxer, she feels “like he is in Tommy Land.”

“Maybe I needed to get into Danny Land,” she adds.

Jack Fincham says he would have coupled up with Molly-Mae

After learning that the social media star is attracted to the villa’s newest resident, Amy, Yewande and Anna aren’t too happy.

“He sounds like my type? No, sorry,” Amy says as the girls gather in the dressing room. “You’ve already got two, you’ve been on a date with another one so that’s three out of the seven boys. No!”

Speaking in the Beach Hut, Tommy confesses that he is feeling “confused” about Molly-Mae’s feelings for him as he appears to have become embroiled in yet another love triangle.

“She’s chatting to different guys,” he says. “She’s having a good crack. I’m glad she’s having a good time in here but I’ve never been in the situation where I’m talking to a girl and there has been other lads there.”

Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 at 9pm
