Love Island Scot Dale Mehmet shared a throwback pic of himself as a teenager with his best pal model Jay Munro.
And Dale admitted Jay, who was also touted to join Love Island, was one of his oldest pals as they went for a night out clubbing in Coventry.
Barber Dale who appeared on this year's Love Island and was called the Scottish Connor McGregor posed with fans during his evening out at Samoan Jones.
Dale was making a personal appearance in the cocktail bar and is in high demand around the country after leaving the villa without being partnered up.
Glasgow-born Jay played for the Falkirk Football Club youth team before joining Partick Thistle and Queen of the South but gave up football to become a full-time model.
The 24-year-old previously posted pictures with Tommy Fury, Jack Fowler, Josh Denzel and Dom Lever, and other reality TV stars and influencers.
But out of them all it seems Dale is the OG as they shared a picture of them together from the early days on Insta.
