Love Island's Tommy Fury wins return fight in 62 seconds as Molly-Mae Hague gushes about her 'champ'

Tommy Fury has come out on top, defeating his first opponent in the ring within 62 seconds.

The Manchester boxer made his big fighting return on Saturday night after appearing in this year's Love Island.

Tommy, the younger half-brother of former world heavyweight champion Tyson, has not had a competitive bout since March but made his return London's Copper Box Arenafor the Light-Heavyweight fight to face - and quickly defeat - Polish fighter Prezmyslaw Binienda.

And Tommy's Love Island girlfriend pulled out all the stops in the glamour stakes as she dressed up to appear ringside and support her man.

The social media influencer was seen applauding from the crowd, in a two-piece studded belted black suit adding a splash of colour with a red lip.

Molly posted a video of her beau's win on her Instagram page and can be heard shouting "Woohoooo, go Tommy," in the background.

The 20-year-old then posted a picture of the beaming pair together with the caption: "My champ."

Tommy responded to the post adding: "Dream team," finished off with a red love heart emoji.

And fellow Love Island stars also flooded the post to big up the winner.

"Man like tommy finished him in the 1st," Michael Griffiths commented before adding: "Told you he would be alright."

Chris Taylor added: "well done lad, smashed it," with Danny Williams simply referring to him as "King".

Following his win, Tommy said: "It feels amazing. Thanks to all those fans that have turned out. I wasn't looking for a KO, I was boxing to a gameplan.

"I would not be here without my dad, it's father and son and we are going to the top.

"It's mad, this year I have gained a lovely soulmate in Molly, I am back to my boxing, let's head to 2020 and more great stuff."

Following his stint on Love Island, Tommy was back at it with trainer Ricky Hatton at his boxing gym in Hyde.

But it was revealed earlier this week that the pair have now parted ways
