Love Island's Tommy Fury teases new venture as chocolate factory owner

Love Island star Tommy Fury has surprisingly admitted he wants to become a real-life Willy Wonka and confessed he has big dreams of opening his very own chocolate factory.

During an interview with the Daily Star , the hunky professional boxer admitted his love for the sweet treat and teased his next career move would involve the indulgent snack.

He shockingly revealed: "Next year, I want to build my own chocolate factory."

According to the publication, sportsman Tommy - who is dating fellow Love Islander Molly-Mae Hague - reckons he could easily follow in the footsteps of Willy Wonka film actor Gene Wilder.

The Love Island 2019 runner up's chocolate revelation comes as he is currently preparing for his highly-anticipated return to the ring after he took to social media to announce his comeback fight with a video captioned: "Are you ready 21.12.19."

Tommy's post-Love Island schedule has been hectic, with the star also busy filming for The Boxer & the Ballroom Dancer, alongside best pal Curtis Pritchard .

Love Island 2019's favourite mates have teamed up for a new spin-off of the hit ITV2 show which sees the boys switch their day jobs, and it will consist of three 60-minute episodes which highlight their unbreakable bromance.

Curtis, 23, will put on the boxing gloves as Tommy, 20, learns to cut some moves on the dancefloor.

Their girlfriends Maura Higgins and Molly-Mae will star in the series along the way as they root for their boyfriends with support.

Speaking to the publication about swapping careers and taking on the challenge, Tommy revealed it was the "hardest thing" he has done.

He confessed: "Dancing is one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life. It was like learning to speak another language. I didn't have a clue."

Tommy's co-star Curtis also made a shocking revelation.

While he had no chocolate factory goals or desires, the Love Island star admitted he actually found taking a punch the easiest part of boxing.

He told the Daily Star: "The moment I found easiest was actually getting punched.

"Once you realise that you’re not made of glass, then you’re back on."
