Love Island's Tommy Fury flips son round during baby challenge - much to Molly-Mae's horror

Tommy Fury proved last night that he might not quite be ready to be a father during the Love Island baby challenge.

The Mancunian boxer enjoyed a bit too much rough and tumble with their newborn son - and got scolded by girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague for his actions.

The couples each had to look after a screaming baby as part of a challenge to find out who display the best parenting prowess.

The funny scenes saw Tommy and Molly start out by performing their duties well while doting after Tommy ‘TJ’ Junior.

But when left alone with his mini me during a daddy dance class led by Curtis Pritchard, Tommy demonstrated exactly the kind of actions that could get someone hurt.

Molly-Mae was chatting with Maura Higgins when she noticed Tommy mistreating their newborn baby.

As the other boys gently swayed their baby's arms and bounced their feet on the floor, Tommy instead swung his little one up and round and into a backflip.

Cutting away from Maura, Molly-Mae shouted: "Tommy! What the f*** was that?"

Tommy's response had viewers in hysterics as he replied: "Nothing. I was just taking him for a ride."

When Maura asked what had happened, Molly-Mae explained: "He was throwing the baby round like he’s a f***ing ball."

Despite this incident, Tommy and Molly-Mae came out as joint winners of the competition along with Ovie Soko and India Reynolds and their baby Raymond Junior.

Elsewhere the fall out to the explosive row, Jordan Hames found himself as a single dad after scorned girlfriend Anna made it clear she was still livid after he cracked on with India Reynolds.

Love Island airs tonight from 9pm on ITV2.
