Love Island's Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague spotted back in Manchester after social media silence

Tommy Fury has finally made his way back to Manchester after his very successful Love Island stint.

The 20-year-old made it all the way to the final of the ITV2 reality series with girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague, 19, but missed out on the top spot and £50,000 cash prize to winners Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea.

But the couple sparked fear amongst fans who have fallen for the couples love story as they have remained deadly silent on social media and we're not spotted together since landing back in the UK.

Manchester boxer Tommy has since returned to his old stomping ground as he appears in an Instagram post from Ricky Hatton.

The local boxing legend has trained the up and coming sporting star and he was back at Ricky's gym in Hyde.

Writing alongside a snap of the pair alongside Tommy, his son Campbell and baby grand-daughter Lyla, he said: "Nice to have @tommytntfury back in the gym today. Great picture with the lad @campbellhatton& our baby lyla."

He also shared some videos to his Instagram story of Tommy back in the ring as Molly-Mae looked on.

BT Sport boxing went on to tweet a video of Tommy sparring with Ricky saying it's time for him to "get back on the grind".

Ricky was in the city centre to help open the new RENU store in Afflecks, an new initiative from homeless charity Barnabus which he is patron.

Tommy and Molly-Mae, however, will be back on Love Island duty as the reunion show airs on Sunday at 9pm on ITV2.

The lovebirds are the only couple from the 2019 series that have not posted anything anything on their respective Instagram pages or stories since leaving the villa, prompting suspicions that they had already called it a day.

Despite being early favourites to win the show, figures released by ITV, showed that the pair received 25.6% of the vote in Monday night's live final whereas eventual champs Greg and Amber scored nearly half the public vote with 48.8%.
