Love Island's Teddy cuddles up to pet pooch as he confesses to missing girlfriend Faye

Popular Love Island heartthrob Teddy Soares has shared a cute video of him cosying up to an adorable pooch as he misses partner Faye Winter during isolation.

The couple are currently separated as they must isolate after arriving back in the UK, and Teddy is now starting to miss girlfriend Faye.

Despite some setbacks in the villa when Faye left Teddy for newcomer Sam Jackson, the pair rekindled their romance and are now officially boyfriend and girlfriend.

In a video shared to social media, Teddy plays with adorable Yorkshire Terrier MiMi, and pines for Faye, saying to the camera: "this is what happens when I'm not with Faye."

He also cuddles up to the pooch, and tells her that hem missed her and he loves her while petting her.

The touching video was captioned "missing Faye's Lady but at least I've got Mimi!", in reference to Faye's stuffed toy Lady which she took with her into the villa.

Despite being kept apart by covid, the Faye and Teddy are sure that distance will not be an issue in their relationship, and even have plans to move in together once they have finished isolating.

They have even starting looking for potential houses in which they can shack up, with the pair suggesting they may move to Devon, where Faye currently lives.

Faye said: "We have spoken about it and I think we will likely get a place together but I will probably still spend two, three nights – depending on schedules at work - in Devon."

Though they are also reportedly looking in London, Faye has joked that she will miss being by the sea if she has to move away from Devon.

The pair caught the attention of Love Island fans after an explosive argument, which saw them have a heated exchange in the middle of the villa, in full view of the other islanders.

But despite this exchange, Faye and Teddy have more than made up, with Teddy saying that he thinks arguments are a healthy part of any relationship.

They have since opened up about the infamous exchange, saying it's a "shame" that it became such a focal point for the show, but that they have become stronger together as a result of it.
