Love Island's Tasha's dad responds after Jacques is accused of 'bullying' star in IG video

Love Island's Jacques O'Neill has come under fire from Tasha Ghouri's dad - after he appeared to mock her in a viral video.

A clip of the Islander - who quit the show halfway through due to his own mental health - recently showed him appearing to mock Tasha for her speech during the final, which aired on Monday evening.

The the clip, posted to Jacques's social media before being deleted, he watches on during Tasha's speech to Andrew - laughing with a friend as he shouts: 'You are a liar, an actress, get the f**k out'

The short clip was said to have been posted to Jacques' private Instagram stories and angry fans have taken to social media to fume over his comments and now the model's dad has weighed in on the clip too.

Taking to Twitter, Tasha's father responded to a post about the video, as he appeared to make a dig at Jacques' behaviour, adding: "Some people grow and mature from their Island experience, some don’t. It is what it is."

Angry fans have been taking to social media themselves to fume over Jacques' comment - with some believing he made the comment in a mocking accent.

"Jacques mocking Tasha in his private story is not only DISGUSTING but a COWARD move. Only a few weeks ago he was advocating for mental health," one angry fan penned.

Another added: "I was willing to give Jacques the benefit of the doubt and that he was truly working on himself. Then you see the clip of him belittling Tasha who's done nothing to him. Redemption arc folded like a deck of cards.

Jacques is not the only Islander who has been accused of bullying Tasha as Luca Bish and Dami Hope also apologised to the star during their time in the villa for taking things too far with the comments they made in a game.
