Before signing up for a 'long hot summer,' all Love Island contestants are given a strict briefing on a number of rules.
Tonight, the ITV dating show returns for a fifth series with Caroline Flack welcoming the 12 singletons to their new abode .
Speaking ahead of the launch, an insider has revealed a number of 'strict' policies that every hopeful must follow ranging from masturbating to sex in the villa.
A spokesperson said: "A strict briefing for all islanders regarding acceptable behaviour before they go in".

They also told the Daily Star that there are "Strict guidelines on sexual behaviour in the villa" and "constant monitoring of islander behaviour once in the villa".
Some former contestants have previously revealed that they were banned from masturbating while on the show.
Simon Searles from 2017 told how 'everyone is uptight' as 'some lads suffer after doing nothing for four weeks."

While last year's winners Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer opted not to do the deed, sex in the villa is not off limits and bosses have said they will continue to air raunchy scenes.
Producers even claimed that this year's Hideaway has been graced with a hot tub for the first time ever in a bid to heighten the romantic setting.
Producer Richard Cowles said: “The hot tub barely got used when it was in the garden and when it was usually four or five people were in there which isn’t very romantic.
"It was never private. As we always seem to get more action in the hideaway because it’s secluded our feeling was that it would be better to move the tub there as we are likely to see romance."

Presenter Caroline Flack also predicts that series five could be the raunchiest yet.
Ahead of the launch she told The Sun: "We haven't had a threesome [on the show]. We don't usually let three people in The Hideaway - there's usually only two. Maybe this year we can."
This year a hot tub has been added to the private quarters to make the getaway even more romantic.
"Hot tubs with two people are sexy. Hot tubs with six are dirty."
However, Caroline also said sex scenes would only be shown this year if they were important to the storyline.
"It becomes a bit unnecessary to just see people s***ging. We're so much more than that and that's what people really enjoy," she claimed.
Love Island starts tonight on ITV2 at 9pm
