Love Island's Siannise Fudge shares sweet snap after reuniting with lookalike sisters

Love Island star Siannise Fudge shared a rare picture of her with her lookalike sisters after they finally reunited.

The reality star and her sisters looked stunning as they matched in a similar colour scheme.

"Not just my sisters, my best friends too. I love you forever," she captioned the post.

In the picture, Siannise had her long hair tied into a tight ponytail and rocked a simple beige t-shirt.

Her sister Amber, 21, who is to her left, has the lightest hair of the three and had it flowing over her shoulders.

And Shanade - who is to her right - stunned in a brown blazer and looked like Siannise's twin.

Siannise's gorgeous new photo comes after fans voiced their concern for the reality star's health.

In a photo shared online, Siannise can be seen standing in front of the mirror in the snap without make-up and with her hair scraped back into a bun.

She poses sporting a pair of floral-print cycling shorts and crop top while Luke wears a beige shirt and trousers along with rose-tinted glasses.

Captioning the snap with "Rockband name suggestions" Luke's photo caused a strong reaction from fans with one suggesting Siannise didn't look well.

"I love her but my god she looks unwell," a fan posted.

Another exclaimed: "Whoa, is she okay?"

While a third commented: "She doesn't look very well."

A fourth seemed even more worried, posting: "Oh no, this is so sad to see," while a fifth concluded: "She doesn't look well. Hope she's OK."

Despite the outpouring of concern Siannise's fans came quickly to her defence with one saying: "Nothing is wrong with looking how Siannise looks, being slim."

A second agreed, posting: "Unnecessary, get off her page. Simple."

While a third commented: "That's rude and inappropriate."

Back in January, Siannise admitted that she was not as happy mentally as she was before she went on Love Island in South Africa in 2020.

Responding to an Instagram Q&A she said: "I was very content and happy in my life before Love Island and I feel like mentally I'm not as happy."
