Love Island's Siannise Fudge has reassured fans she's 'still alive' after she vanished from Instagram.
Fans had begun to worry about the Bristol-native after she appeared to disappear from the social media platform for around seven days reports The Sun.
But the Love Island star took to Instagram to reassure fans and reveal the truth behind why she had been absent.
Speaking on her Instagram stories, Siannise - who appeared in the first ever Winter edition of Love Island earlier this year - explained that she had been struck down by a 'really vile' kidney infection.
She said: "Hey guys, I was just in the shower and I thought I needed to come on here and tell you I am still alive.
"I haven't really been posting the last week or so. I've actually been suffering with a kidney infection which has been really, really vile.

"I've been in bed feeling sorry for myself."
This comes as Siannise and her boyfriend Luke Trotman, who she met on the show, are set to appear in Love Island's new show on ITV.
The series, Love Island: What Happened Next, sees former islanders reunite and according to ITV in the third episode of the series Siannise and Luke will relive their best bits in the latest episode.
The next episode of Love Island: What Happened Next airs tonight (Thursday, October 15) at 9pm on ITV.
