Love Island's Shaughna leaves viewers in fits of laughter with sausage sandwich sex story

Love Island fans were left in hysterics during last night's Unseen Bits show as Shaughna Phillips told one of the series' most ridiculous stories.

Shaughna was sat around the pool, chatting to her mates, when the topic turned to weird sex stories.

"I was having sex in my house with my boyfriend," she began, "And during, my dad shouted out, 'Shaughna, do you want a sausage sandwich?'"

The others joked: "Sorry dad, I've already got one!"

Shaughna added: "I was just like, kill me, I'm the worst human ever."

Still, it hasn't been a funny couple of days for Shaughna, after Callum returned from Casa Amor with newcomer Molly on his arm.

A newly single Shaughna, who had stayed loyal to Callum during their time apart, kept her composure and scolded: "Congrats hun."

The savage dumping left her one of two singletons in the villa, after Demi opted to not couple up with any of the new boys because she wanted to stay with Nas.

Nas, though, had his head turned by new girl Eva, leaving Demi fuming.

This evening will see Shaughna and Molly leave for a "date" together, after Shaughna gets a text saying they have to go and talk it out together.

"It's not the ideal scenario," says Shaughna in a preview,"But there's not time like the present."

"Well this is awkward isn't it?" giggles a nervous Molly as Shaughna says completely stony faced.

Shaughna's upset has some fans concerned, and there have been calls for ITV bosses to ensure her mental health is properly looked after.

ITV has a robust aftercare plan for islanders after they leave the villa.

It includes training on dealing with social media and advice on finance and adjusting to life back home, as well as a minimum of eight therapy sessions once they return.

After their time on the show, bosses also keep in touch with contestants for 14 months, with additional help provided if needed.

Throughout the series, contestants are also able to access a psychological consultant.
