Sharon Gaffka has revealed that she is 'not ashamed' of her former job at McDonald's before she became a beauty queen and Love Island reality star.
The 25-year-old former ITV2 contestant, who was savagely dumped from the villa over the weekend, has taken to social media to answer questions from fans while she isolates after leaving the show.
When quizzed by a follower about whether she really worked in the fast food chain, Sharon confidently confirmed that she did work there as a teenager and had no regrets about it.
It came shortly after a throwback picture of Shannon in her McDonald's uniform emerged on social media earlier this week.
In one of Sharon's latest Instagram stories, the reality star revealed that she used to serve fries and nuggets and it helped her pay for her first car.

She wrote: "Yeah baby! I'm not ashamed to say i used to serve fries and nuggets when i was 16! (not sure why people think i am or tried to hide it!) Jobs a job."
"Helped me buy my first car so no complaints from me!" Sharon added.
Earlier this week, Sharon’s former cashier job came to light when an online profile shared a snap that featured Sharon dressed in her McDonald’s green polo shirt and sported a name badge.
The caption poked fun at Sharon’s comment on the show about having a “penchant for dating bankers” and standing out in her native Didcot, which is 15miles south of Oxford.
Sharon became the latest Love Island star to be axed from the villa after she failed to couple up over the weekend.
Although she was originally coupled up with Hugo Hammond, the P.E teacher was chosen by newcomer AJ Bunker after she expressed increasing interest in getting to know him.
Speaking in her exit interview after leaving the show, Sharon also suggested that she was not convinced that AJ and Hugo would last in the villa.

“AJ got the text saying she was going to pick. I knew that if she chose Hugo, I was going home,” she said. “For me, picking Hugo felt like an easy option for her. She wasn’t treading on toes or potentially causing an argument with the girls as much as it would have if she picked Liam, because me and Hugo were in a friendship couple.
“I’ve said to him on multiple occasions that he needs to be more open minded because your 100% perfect girl may never walk through the door.
“I think he gave AJ that chance but I think there are qualities that Hugo really needs that aren’t there in AJ.”
