Love Island contestants are no strangers to a transformation - and Sharon Gaffka is no exception, as her former pageant photos prove.
The 25-year-old has spoken candidly about having cosmetic procedures and revealed on the show that she has had a breast augmentation, Botox and lip fillers.
Civil servant Sharon even told fellow islander Hugo Hammond to educate himself on the reasons people get cosmetic work done, after he stated he didn't like "fake" girls.

In pictures unearthed from her Instagram, Sharon looks almost unrecognisable in photos from the moment she was crowned Miss International UK in 2018.
The pictures give a glimpse of what the Love Island star looked like before having work done.
She can be seen wearing a stunning white dress as she is crowned by former Miss International UK, Ashley Powell.
After winning the competition, Sharon was jetted off to Japan for three weeks to represent the UK in the Miss International final, competing with women from all over the world.
Sharon also became a Young Women's Trust ambassador in 2018, an organisation which is dedicated to achieving economic justice for young women.
She campaigns to end period poverty and raises awareness of men's mental health issues.
Before entering the villa, Sharon also worked as a civil servant for the Department for Transport.
She describes herself as the "outrageous" one of her friendship group. She is currently looking for someone taller than her "who can make me laugh and I can be myself around."
