Posing in Calvin Klein sports bra and underwear, blonde beauty Paige gazed moodily into the camera.
She wore her signature tresses down so that they cascaded down her shoulders, while showing off her hard graft at the gym by flashing enviable abs.
Boyfriend Finn Tapp, who took home the £50,000 prize with Paige earlier this year, was the first to gush over the snap, just writing: "Ooooo blimey!"
Shaughna Phillips, who forged a strong friendship with Paige during their time in the villa, joked: "50 Cent called, he wants his abs back."
Sophie Piper, sister of Rochelle Humes, shared a string of fire emojis , while Jess Gale just penned: "Wowwww."
Jamie Clayton, close pal of Finn, commented: "Some lassy! Can't wait to see ya both."

Paige and Finn triumphed in January, in Love Island's first ever winter series, just edging out other fan favourites Siannise Fudge and Luke Trotman.
While Paige can boast her dating history includes crooner Lewis Capaldi, she seems loved up with new flame Finn.
He made an incredible six hour dash across the country to be with Paige so that they could be together before the lockdown stopped him from travelling.
Driving from his native Milton Keynes to Paige's West Lothian home in Scotland, he made it up in time to isolate with Paige.
Their relationship's moving quickly, the pair revealing they've already chosen baby names.
Marriage, though, seems to be off the table for the time being.
