Love Island star Olivia Atwood has said she’s happier than ever with her body after years of being obsessed with the way she looks.
The reality star, who worked as a model and a grid girl before landing a spot on the third series of the ITV2 show, said that she became fixated on looking perfect due to the constraints and pressures of her job.
But now, as she prepares to get married to Blackburn Rovers footballer Bradley Dack, Olivia has said she’s feeling happier, healthier, and loving her body more than ever.

“If I was ten out of ten then, I’m better than that now. I’m totally happy with the way I look,” Olivia told The Sun.
“I actually look better now because I’m healthy, I eat properly and go to the gym, whereas in my twenties I was living off McDonald’s and white wine spritzers.

“I wouldn’t change anything and there’s nothing I am really that unhappy with.
“Ten years ago walking around in a bikini, I would be internally picking myself apart, whereas now I’m a lot more comfortable.”
Olivia added that after trying cosmetic enhancements herself, including a boob job and lip fillers, she encourages her fans to make themselves happy in whatever way they say fit.
However, she warned “don’t treat your body like a fashion accessory” no matter how tempting certain beauty trends may be.

Olivia is now setting her sights on her upcoming wedding, although sadly due to Covid restrictions she’s been forced to push back their date.
Initially, the lovebirds had planned to have the wedding in Portugal with a reality star guest list.
But Olivia previously revealed that she has always dreamed of a huge wedding, so pushing back the date to 2022 was a no-brainer.
Olivia and Bradley have been dating since December 2018, after previously seeing each other in 2015, breaking up before she went on Love Island.

On the show, she placed third after coupling up with Chris Hughes, and the couple remained together for eight months before calling it quits.
The new series of Love Island is due to start next week, with a new gang of singletons heading to the Mallorca villa for a June 28th launch.
And after a year and a half of lockdown, Olivia believes this could be the raunchiest yet.
“It’s possible they will be wilder,” she told Daily Star .
“We’ve all been locked up and everyone is looking to blow off some steam – in general this could be a really good summer to be single and enjoying yourself.”
