Love Island's Molly-Mae Hague shows off necklace tribute to Tommy Fury as he jets to US

Molly Mae Hague shared a sweet sign of support for boyfriend Tommy Fury as he left the the UK without her for work commitments.

The 22-year-old boxer, who is the brother of Tyson Fury, is set to take on MMA star Anthony Taylor in the ring this Sunday and has travelled to the United States ahead of the fight.

Doting girlfriend Molly took to her Instagram Stories on Monday night to show that she wears her heart on her sleeve - and her partner's name around her neck.

The 22-year-old YouTuber shared a snap of herself wearing a gold chain displaying Tommy's name in blue lettering with her 5.9 millions followers as her way of supporting her lover from afar.

The reality TV star tagged her boyfriend in the cute image - adding a blue diamond and love heart emoji to the cute public display of affection.

Tommy's upcoming fight this weekend is on the undercard of online rival Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley.

If the 22-year-old secures a victory, it sends a strong message out to nemesis Jake, who headlines the night against Tyron Woodley.

Last week, Molly admitted she is unsure to whether she will be able to fly over to America to be ringside and cheer on her boyfriend of two years on Sunday.

Due to the strict travel restrictions still in place, the blonde beauty waved her boxer boyfriend off over the weekend - as he set off to prepare for his big fight.

The social media influencer revealed she packed the boxer's suitcases for him in a cute snap she shared to her Instagram Stories.

"Somehow I just packed three weeks worth of stuff in 30 mins for @tommyfury," she captioned the post.

"MISS U ALREADY."

Molly and Tommy met and fell for each other while both appearing on the fifth season of Love Island in 2019.

Despite coming second to Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea, the runners up have gone from strength to strength since leaving the iconic Spanish villa.

As one of the most popular and successful exports from the ITV2 dating series, the loved-up pair have proven that you don't need to win the show in order to find long-lasting happiness on the outside world.

Fans of this year's contestants Tyler Cruickshank and Kaz Kamwi are hoping that they can emulate the famous couple's post-show success following their shock placing in Monday night's final.

As Laura Whitmore revealed live from the villa that the popular pair had come fourth in the public voting, behind Faye Winter and Teddy Soares, viewers took to social media to express their disbelief at the controversial result.

However, some fans were optimistic about the couple's future career moves - pointing out that Molly and Tommy were once unpopular with viewers too.

"I feel like kaz and tyler will be this year’s molly mae and tommy. getting unnecessary hate and then becoming favourites after the show," one fan mused after the show aired.

"Kaz and tyler will be the next molly mae and tommy. can i get an amen," another wrote, with a third adding: "I hope Kaz & Tyler do a Molly & Tommy, and last longer than all of the remaining couples."
