Love Island's Molly-Mae Hague rages at Tommy Fury after cosy date with Maura Higgins

Love Island’s Molly-Mae Hague lashes out at Tommy Fury in tonight’s explosive episode, following his date with Maura Higgins.

The professional boxer enjoyed a cosy date with new girl Maura, having cooked a not-so-gourmet dish for her, and the pair immediately hit it off – leaving Molly-Mae fuming from the balcony.

And it seems Molly-Mae never quite calmed down after being forced to watch the pair together, with the social media influencer deciding to confront Tommy in the bedroom.

“Don’t sit there with me on the day beds and act like everything’s fine,” she rages in a preview clip ahead of tonight’s episode.

But Tommy, relaxing on the bed, bites back: “Right now, the way you’re acting, it’s like you’re in love with me.”

Looking stunned, Molly-Mae gawped at Tommy before the preview cut off – leaving fans wondering how she will respond.

Molly-Mae, who entered the villa last weekend, also told pals that she “didn’t know how to play the game” and “didn’t expect” Tommy to act how he did on his date, having been coupled with her.

On their date, Maura took an instant liking to Tommy as she flirted up a storm, telling fellow bombshell Elma, “the things I'd do to that man”.

“I know what I want and I’m in here genuinely looking for someone,” Tommy said prompting Maura to reply “do you want me?”.

“Gift wrapped..,” Tommy quipped before adding “You seem like a really lovely girl anyway and it’s nice to have you.”

The pair then toasted their evening on the lawn, much to the horror of Molly-Mae.

“I really thought he wasn’t going to toast,” she fumed. “To us, to new beginnings…to dumping Molly!”

Love Island is on ITV2 tonight at 9pm
