Love Island's Molly-Mae Hague gets emotional as fan spots 'Mr Chai's ghost' in video

Reality star Molly-Mae Hague was been left emotional after a fan was convinced they had seen the spirit of her late dog, Mr Chai, in a new video.

The former Love Island contestant, 21, lost her beloved Pomeranian puppy last month after he fell ill following a trip to the UK from Russia.

Yesterday, Molly-Mae posted a video from hers and partner Tommy Fury's apartment in Cheshire that showed a beautiful view of the sunset.

A small orange light can be seen moving on the frame in the clip while the sunsets.

After she posted the clip, a follower of Molly-Mae's posted a message that suggested the light represented an orb from the spirit world.

One fan of the star wrote to Molly-Mae with a heart-emoji: "There is an orb on your screen… That's your dog".

Molly-Mae went on to share a screenshot of the message, writing with a crying emoji and a white heart emoji: "My followers".

She then went on to write a caption which may add to her belief that it represented something.

"I was literally speaking about him when I was taking this video," she added.

News of Mr Chai's death broke at the beginning of June and Tommy and Molly-Mae t ook to YouTube to discuss the results of the autopsy into the pup's death.

In the emotional clip, Molly-Mae said: "The autopsy results showed that his skull wasn't fully developed and part of his brain was exposed.

"He didn't have a single white blood cell left in his body."

After the passing of the dog, the pair had faced some backlash over their decision to buy the dog from Russia.

Molly defended the decision at the time, adding: "While we understand everyone's opinions about him being shipped over from Russia, you need to understand that this is not what made that baby dog pass away. That's not what made him die.

"He was going to die regardless. If we had the time again we would have got a dog from the UK or got a rescue dog from the UK."

Hopefully, the message from her fans will provide some comfort to Molly-Mae following her loss.
