Love Island's Michael Griffiths is set to make an appearance at the opening of Blue Lagoon's revamped Argyle Street branch.
The much-loved Glasgow chippy has secured the reality tv star to meet fans and staff at the new 80 seater restaurant.
Michael, who appeared on Love Island 2019, hit headlines after brutally dumping Amber Gill who went on to win the show.
The 27-year-old will swing by Blue Lagoon on Thursday, December 5 to check out the new shop and take pictures with fans.
Director Alessandro Varese told the Daily Record the Love Island star was the perfect choice to help celebrate the grand opening of the beach themed restaurant.
He said: "This is our biggest project we have worked on to transform into a 80 seater restaurant and give us more floorspace.
"We are going for a Caribbean beach theme with palm trees and bamboo shoots, so we thought we would reach out to someone on Love Island to come along - and we are delighted Michael agreed.
"We are reopening at the end of November and Michael will be in store on December 5 in the afternoon to take pictures and meet fans."
Blue Lagoon's Argyle Street branch will opening on Monday, November 25.
